1. Eligibility & Account Registration

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. w657 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to CNIC or passport) at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

1.2 You may hold only one (1) active account on the w657 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

1.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. w657 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

1.4 Access to w657 services is subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. w657 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

2. Account Security

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w657 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – is your responsibility unless you notify w657 of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit card, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change without notice.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the w657 cashier at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). w657 may request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

3.4 w657 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breaches of these Terms are suspected. Users will be notified of any hold and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.

3.5 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 w657 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside the offer.

4.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your w657 wallet. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each individual promotion.

4.3 w657 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting system errors – will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may result in account suspension.

4.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the w657 platform are final once confirmed. w657 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where a technical error on the platform's part has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game or event.

5.2 In the event of a manifest error – including incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes resulting from technical malfunction, or errors in promotional terms – w657 reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state.

5.3 w657 reserves the right to impose individual user betting or wagering limits at its discretion. Such limits may be applied to specific games, markets, or the account as a whole.

5.4 All casino game outcomes on the w657 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers operating from certified studio environments. w657 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w657 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes

7. Responsible Gaming

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w657 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings arising from technical interruption, system failure, or force majeure events.

9.3 w657's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the six-month period preceding the claim.

10. Amendments & Termination

10.1 w657 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the w657 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 w657 may suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to returning any withdrawable real-money balance owed to the user after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations or liabilities.

10.3 You may close your w657 account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which w657 operates.
